Last week we were pleased to host, on the Nautica balcony, a talk given by Nico Pantaleoni, a biologist with the Danish natural design company SLA. This was in association with Emirates Natural History Group, and we learnt about SLA’s work in designing parks for people and nature here in Abu Dhabi, with a particular focus on Al Fay park on Reem Island. This is rather different to other parks in the city and well worth a visit.
The talk was well attended, the discussions afterwards went on for nearly an hour and the food was very tasty!
